The Privacy & Security Settings help you control whether or not certain parts of your desktop are visible to others. You can also use these settings to clear your computer usage history and clean out unnecessary files.

Turn off or limit file history tracking — Stop or limit your computer from tracking your recently-used files.

You can choose the displayed language by adding a language suffix to the web address so it ends with e.g. .html.en or .html.de.
If the web address has no language suffix, the preferred language specified in your web browser's settings is used. For your convenience:
