| Whenever you want to boot to Ubuntu, plug in the USB hard drive and whenever you want to use XP i just disconnect it. It works like a charm. | 1. I then ran the installer from the desktop selecting to use the whole disk for the installation. 6. I then powered down the laptop and put the internal hard drive back in place. Now whenever I want to use Ubuntu I just plug in the USB hard drive and boot the laptop, if I want to use XP I just boot the laptop without the USB drive. |
