“Mandatory” Ubuntu Post-Install Operations Manual

1.System --> Administration --> Software Properties --> Add --> select Community maintained (Universe) and Non-free (Multiverse) --> click Add --> click Close --> click Reload.


2.System --> Administration --> Synaptic Package Manager --> Search: enter “xmms” --> select xmms --> Mark for Installation; click Mark;


3.search mplayer --> select mplayer-386 --> Mark for Installation --> click Mark;


4.search xpdf --> select xpdf --> Mark for Installation --> click Mark;


5.search g77 --> select g77 --> Mark for Installation --> click Mark;

6. click Apply;
