Region & Language

Change date and measurement formats — Choose a region used for date and time, numbers, currency, and measurement.
Change which language you use — Switch to a different language for user interface and help text.
Use alternative keyboard layouts — Add keyboard layouts and switch between them.

You can choose the displayed language by adding a language suffix to the web address so it ends with e.g. .html.en or .html.de.
If the web address has no language suffix, the preferred language specified in your web browser's settings is used. For your convenience:
