MacBookPro 10,1 and Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise Pangolin)
The Macbook Pro 10,1 is only recently released. However, it is possible to run Ubuntu 12.04 Precise on it. This page aims to describe the steps needed, to fully enable all/most features of the 15.3 (mbp 10,1) and probably other 10-th Generation MacBookPro (release date: June 2012) when using Ubuntu 12.04, Precise Pangolin.
You can find out what model you have by typing at the terminal:
sudo dmidecode -s system-product-name
If you have a different model, please go here and find the right wiki.
