Adding icons
If you are thinking to add a new icon, you should consider the following guidelines before doing that:
Use icons that match the style; the existing icons are from the Humanity and GNOME icon themes
Use a generic and short name, eg. hardware.png instead of network-interface-card.png
Upload the icon in 24x24 size
To add an icon to this page, click "Attachments" at the top of this page. From that page, simply select which icon to upload from your computer. After doing this, add the uploaded icon to the list of icons on the page. Now, the uploaded icon will be ready to use.
Inserting icons to pages
The MoinMoin markup is the wiki syntax used on the Ubuntu wiki. For instructions as to its use, see HelpOnEditing. In order to insert icons or any other images, you simply use their wiki location like this:
{{attachment:IconsPage/ICONNAME}}
eg.
